The Cemetery and its Residents will soon be back for their 2023 appearance!
The Cemetery is visible form October 7th through Halloween night
We do this for several reasons. Yes, it is a lot of work, but we really do enjoy unleashing our creativity and creating the display every year. As we often say, we do this for our own enjoyment and it boggles our minds that so many people enjoy with us.
Thank you to everyone who took a moment to let us know how much you enjoy the display! We really do appreciate the kind words and comments. We are so honored and humbled to hear so many people tell us that visiting our yard is part of their family’s Halloween tradition. We can think of no higher honor than to be part of another family’s traditions.
Special thanks for everyone who donated non-perishable food for the Humanitarian Service Project or left a monetary donation for our favorite animal rescue, Just Giants Rescue, Inc. You may have seen our two rescue Great Danes outside over the years (Carson and Baloo). We were blessed to have Just Giants bring these two gentle creatures into our lives. (Unfortunately, we lost Carson in January of 2021.) We took over two pickup truck loads of food to the Humanitarian Service Project and raised $3,500 for Just Giants.
